Kalyan Matrimony

Registering in this matrimony was the worst decision I have made in my entire life. The entire app is trash. The call center service people are good for nothing, who are lousy to an extreme point. No bridal prospects reached out to us. After a week when we requested for refund, the service center refused to give our refund back. Even after completing our profile, we didn't receive any bridal prospect notification. When we requested the service center for the issue, they asked us to mute our notifications. They kept giving us repeated calls mentioning we didn't complete our profile, which is a complete LIE. The staff members are extremely USELESS AND RUDE. So if anyone is planning to get married by registering through this matrimony, it will be waste of your savings.

Worst matrimony service. No proper response from the support and no proper guidance .. Please don't register here and don't go for paid membership. They cheated our money, not attending single call, not worthy I have registered for my self so they asked us to pay 5000 rupees..before paying for the membership they were talked nicely with us and they were called us 10 times per day but after paying the amount they didn't even response for the message which we sent to them😏😏..i am requesting higher authority to take action against this issue..we are from middle class family so please don't cheat us like this..middle class peoples are suffering because of you kalyan..please do the needful for us..please don't spend money with this app ..it's waste of time,energy and money..they will never guide us properly..if we asked something they won't response..😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡 they are focusing only on money not on the customers..i would have save my 5000 rupees if i read all the reviews...so spenders should be very careful before paying for the membership..read the reviews one or more times and then you pay...this is my own experience friends
